Refunds

GreenBids does not sell Cannabis. We sell auction listings (standard and featured listings). Listing fees are similar to advertisements, and as such, they cannot typically be returned or refunded.

That said, we understand that there are some situations where auctions don’t go as planned. To deal with those situations, GreenBids allows both buyers and sellers to “Open a Dispute”.

In situations where there is a dispute about an auction, GreenBids may decide, at our discretion, to refund auction-related fees that we have collected.

Please note that payments for items listed on GreenBids are made from the state-licensed buyer directly to the state-licensed seller. As such, GreenBids has no ability to refund payments for items.
